Can you supplement the supplements?

Here's the latest list of Friday-Ad Supplements that are to be published over the next few months.

If you have any friends or family members that own businesses in any of these areas then please mention it to them or pass their details onto Michael Owen (extension 7380).

(NB. this is not THE Michael Owen, as in the once glorious for Liverpool, but now dubious for Newcastle striker).

It is also worth noting that since its creation in December, Mike and Jacquie's Supplements Team in Pembroke have generated a massive £74,100. Well done to all concerned.

Friday-Ad goes green in March

This month sees Friday-Ad 'go green' with a promotion to encourage customers to recycle their unwanted items and cash in.

Here's a summary of what's going on so you can let customers know if speaking to them:

Fillers and ¼ page/full page ads in paper encouraging people to “re use, recycle and get richer”, featuring seasonal items with price tags, “how much could you make” catchline and call to action to place an ad.

A series of targeted outbound emails to various type of trade accounts offering to give back £1 to a “plant a tree” charity each time user upgrade to a “green” highlighted or blinking ad online. Those 2 upsells will be slightly modified in appearance this month (for new ads placed within the given dates only ) to look more “green”.

An outbound email going out to private advertisers on 25th March promoting “re-use recycle and get richer” with a link to PAA and again, us giving back £1 per upgraded ad (to a green blinking or highlighted ad online ) placed that week only.

A “green” March newsletter – going out between 17th and 20th (tbc)- encouraging people to take small steps to reduce their carbon foot print, save a bit of energy, as well as promoting our regular features including "easy tips to save energy and recycle".

For more information speak to Laure Chardon.
