News from Rob about our latest aquisition:
"On Friday we completed the acquisition of 80% of Vivapets.com from Memoria Visual a Portugese development company. In fact we’ve set up a new joint venture business called Vivapets Ltd as a vehicle for developing the business in the future.
"We think the site is a great fit with our existing businesses particularly as Pets is one of our strongest categories both in print and online. We also believe we’ve bought into some smart technology and community building tools.
"Our aim will be to develop the business in all English language speaking countries."
